When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a password you create. If you create a business account (tenant), we also collect your business name and WhatsApp Business API credentials (Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and access token).
1.2 Contact & Conversation Data
The Service stores contact records (phone numbers, names, email addresses, tags, custom fields) and WhatsApp conversation data (messages, media metadata, delivery statuses) that you and your team create or receive through the platform.
1.3 Usage & Log Data
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps when you access the Service. This data helps us monitor performance, diagnose issues, and improve the platform.
1.4 Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party providers (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store your full credit/debit card numbers. We may store transaction IDs, payment method type, and billing history for invoicing purposes.
